I attended Trent University where I completed my Bachelors in Honours Science with a double major in Biology and Psychology and I was in the first graduating class of Trent’s Medical Professional Stream in April 2021. 

The veterinary field has always been an interest for me growing up because I’ve always been surrounded by animals and I am fascinated at how we can form special bonds with animals that have no voice. The areas in veterinary medicine that interest me the most are small and large animal surgery, as well as everything about emergency medicine! Here at KVEC, the staff are great to work with and I am happy to be working alongside people that also share the same interest in animal care. When I come to work I love being able to help care for each patient in the best way possible and ensure they’re comfortable. 

Fun fact: I love to cook!
