Lisa graduated from the University of New Brunswick with a double major in Psychology and Sociology and continued into Graduate school for Addictions Counselling. After years in front-line therapy and office management, Lisa decided to take a step back and put her care into animals. She went on to do her Vet Tech degree when she met her husband, and they started a family. After 10 years supporting the Neuroscience and Mental Health Program at the Hospital for Sick Children, 2 kids, 3 dogs, 4 cats, 1 parrot, and an axolotl later, she’s back in the Vet Industry managing KVEC! In her spare time, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, swimming and playing video games.
